Issue
The previous website the foundation have is quite basic and their business have grown over the years and the website dont reflect that. They basically want a portal which will be similar to their annual report done by the in-house designer. They want each area of expertise they cover like brain health, surgery, cancer, heart & lung, innovation, community to be color coded. They also want the ability to create new pages and build where each section they can choose number of column, what element goes on each column from a list of modules and elements.
Action
The graphic design is done internally and then we took over. Did the html/css with responsive used the foundation framework. Used wordpress as the CMS with ACF where it can be delivered the way the client wanted. It took me 3 months to finish the whole project with another 2 weeks for bug fixing and updates. Also we have to do the content migration from the previous website. Also did a version control (git) implementation.
Impact
The website is rolled out on time within the deadline and on budget. The client is happy with the outcome.
